Romit started and popularised India's 1st Ever Junior Training Program (JTP) at the Delhi Golf Club in 1999 and ran it till 2010. This was the most successful period of the JTP wherein over 30 Professional Golfers came out of the Delhi Golf Club under the direct tutelage and high performance coaching of Mr Romit Bose.

Champions Junior Golf and Genesis Global School inaugurated the "Genesis-Champions Golf Center" at Greater Noida.

The inauguration was done by the living legend of Indian Sport, Milkha Singh by hitting the first shot at one of the newly constructed hitting bays at the 280 yards driving range.

Besides this the Golf Center has a chipping, putting green, bunker areas and indoor classroom for analysis and rules sessions. Champions Golf is the Junior Golf Development arm of Romit Bose Golf Schools and is the first ever structured program for schools which now joins the dots and creates the links from local school programs to playing on golf courses.

"We are a company dedicated to offering the opportunity to play golf to all those who would like to have a go. Experiences over the past 15 years of teaching and grooming junior golfers have shown that golf is 'cool' with kids and there are many boys and girls wanting to play the game," said Romit, Director of Romit Bose Golf Schools and Champions Junior Tour.
